The kick-off meeting for the project which is co-financed by the European Union (under the Erasmus+ Programme) under the name “RESTART – in the midst of every crisis, lies a great opportunity” was organized at Faculty of kinesiology in Zagreb, Croatia on 15 may, 2021. The purpose of the meeting was to get acquainted with the partners and project plan, to develop a common understanding of the objectives, tasks and results, discuss in detail activities proposed in the Project, to plan activities and exact dates of the meetings foreseen within the Project, to clarify project management, administrative and financial issues.
In the first part of the meeting, every organization introduced the rest of the project consortium with their organizations and what they do.
Later on, the project team was introduced with a detailed SWOT analysis and business plan and every member of the project team filled out a SWOT questionnaire for the host of the meeting – DSR SUPERKID. In that way DSR SUPERKID received analysis of their organization from 12 different independent experts.
After introducing SWOT analysis and business plan, DSR SUPERKID explained tasks and responsibilities of the next activity – collection of good practice in 2020. As an impact, we expect to improve the knowledge and know-how of staff, exchange good practices and strengthen international cooperation in the field of sport management and physical activity in early childhood
On the meeting attended 3 persons from every organization – DSR SUPERKID (CROATIA) as host, SD OLYMPIC (CROATIA) , KK KAPTOL (CROATIA), ASD OverBugLine (ITALY) and Partizan VIČ (SLOVENIA).
